Tim and Sandy met at a Chicago area “mega church” in 2005 where Tim was the head of security and Sandy was singing on the worship team. Seven weeks after their first coffee date, they got engaged while rappelling down an 80-foot cliff in Baraboo, Wisconsin. They were married three weeks later and have been on a wild adventure ever since.

Sandy is a Breakthrough Catalyst who enjoyed a successful career as a corporate business consultant and marketing strategist. After taking a sabbatical in 2019 to write her best-selling book, "The Fearless Revolution," she created the Wisdom in Business Academy and now helps entrepreneurs and authors to achieve amazing success by employing her Lazy Marketing™ strategies gleaned from scripture.

Tim has over 30 years of experience in the private sector as an investigator and is a U.S. ARMY veteran with a military police and SRT background. Tim always knew he had an unusual ability to get to the truth of any investigation, but it was only later in life that he realized he was using his prophetic gifts in his professional endeavors. Together, he and Sandy run Gold Standard Investigations, an Austin based detective agency. As a Power Couple they move easily in and out of leadership and support roles; both in their marriage and as business partners.

Jeremy and April have been on a remarkable 23-year journey of marriage co-leadership. 

April, the founder of Ascension Collaborative, brings over 20 years of experience in corporate America to her business advising and consulting company. Her strategic insights, out-of-the-box thinking, and exceptional leadership have supported numerous entrepreneurs in achieving their next level of growth and expansion, particularly in the realm of project management.

As the Service and Repair Manager at LD Systems, a leading commercial audiovisual system integration and live production events company, Jeremy excels in managing complex projects and troubleshooting technical issues. His keen eye for detail, analytical mindset, and extensive expertise in project management enable him to swiftly assess and resolve any challenges that arise.

Together, Jeremy and April possess a remarkable superpower as a couple—their ability to create a playful, peaceful, and unified environment. They have a natural talent for fostering a space where individuals feel comfortable being transparent and authentic. Their lighthearted approach and genuine love for others allow them to empower couples, infusing laughter and joy into their journey of togetherness. As a power couple with a specialization in project management, they bring a unique perspective to helping other couples achieve their goals.

Steve and Ronda have been married since 1982. They founded Impact Ministries in 2005 and have a passion and calling for the Kingdom of God to be manifest in marriages, family, relationships, and community through the freedom that is inherent in our truest identity found in Him. Whether working with individuals, addicts, couples, or families, overcoming in life is a matter of our identity found in our relationship with, and beliefs about the Triune God. Steve and Ronda have mentored many through the process of “Unbecoming” the lies and labels we have believed about ourselves.

Steve and Ronda are ordained pastors and minister in many fashions. They served for 20+ years in local churches, have developed several identity focused mentorship programs, speak at different gatherings and people groups, and are a model of healing and restoration in marriages and families. They love to partner with God and each other, believing that it takes both male and female, operating in a co-equal fashion, to fully represent the full counsel and nature of the Trinity. Steve has authored two books, one published and one soon to be published.

Their current endeavor, through The Higher View, is a program called Genesis United Nation. It is developed for the restoration of marriages, based on the Trinitarian model of being separate individuals, functioning and moving as one.
